I purchased the pet-friendly plant subscription because I have cats. The first plant, a beautiful calathea, arrived mostly intact, though a couple of leaves were bent from transit. The packaging was good, but it still took 8 days to reach my home in Texas, which felt a bit long for a live plant. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about shipping times, which was a plus. The plant itself is healthy and has settled in nicely. The plant care guide was helpful. While the quality is there, I hope they can speed up their delivery a bit for future orders. Good value overall.

Good quality, minor shipping issue
I ordered the New Plant Parent Kit last month. The monstera deliciosa arrived in good condition, well-packaged, and the included potting mix and terracotta pot were exactly as described. The instructions in the plant care book were really helpful for a beginner like me. Delivery took 6 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge problem. I did notice a small crack on the edge of the terracotta pot when it arrived, but it was purely cosmetic and didn't affect its function. The plant itself seems to be thriving. Overall, a positive experience, and I'm considering their pet-friendly subscription next.
